What is Financial Freedom?
Each person has his or her own definitions and methods to reach it. Caiyun and Walt Johns reached financial freedom by primarily investing in real estate. We started with single family rentals (SFRs). Single family rentals require lots of hands-on work to managing tenants and maintenance. As we got older, we wanted more passive investments so we could enjoy our retirement years. We started investing in multi-family apartment syndications in 2016. Syndications gave us a way to make medium-size investments in larger assets that would normally be out of reach for small investors. It also helped us to diversify our investments by using different General Partners (GPs). Diversity gave us a sense of security and comfort. We are very pleased with the returns on our investments (ROI). It helped us to reach our financial freedom.
We are successful entrepreneurs living a life of abundance and financial freedom. Our success is attributed to successful careers and continuing education in many areas of finance and real estate.
